My Background
I have over 20 years of experience and have a passion for helping people using Integrative Counselling as well as Solution-focused therapy in Sandbach & Crewe, Cheshire. I have developed a unique approach to Wellness that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I have worked in the NHS mental health services and in Private Practice since 2007. I am fully insured and a member of the BACP.

My Services
As an Integrative Counsellor here in Sandbach and Crewe, Cheshire, I can help you explore areas you'd like to focus on in session. I can help in a more direct way to explore a solution-focused approach to help your situation. By using different therapy tools I can tailor individual sessions to suit your needs and goals.
I can also offer Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions for clients looking for a more direct approach to their situation. Clinical hypnotherapy is a direct therapy only needing around 4 sessions on average to help.
My areas of expertise include helping overcome past traumas, historical abuse, anxiety, depression and fears.
