Counselling is a very good starting point for those that are new to any type of therapy. As we progress we can discuss other techniques and tools by pulling from various other styles to help you overcome emotional blocks to your recovery.

Walking Counselling is a therapeutic approach that combines traditional talk therapy with physical activity, specifically walking outdoors. During the session, the client and counselor walk side by side, usually in a natural setting, such as a park. This method offers a more relaxed and less formal environment compared to a traditional therapy room.
Sessions are around 1 hour and cost £55 per appointment.
Benefits to Mental Health:
Normally clients only require 3 to 4 sessions of clinical hypnotherapy to help bring about a permanent change to their situation. It is a therapeutic approach to help individuals to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioural issues.
Session cost is £95 per appointment.

Online sessions for counselling, wellness coaching, or hypnotherapy are offered through WhatsApp, Zoom, or Doxy.me, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. Each session will be one hour long and will cost £55 per appointment. A secure link will be sent to your email address, and precautions will be taken to ensure privacy and confidentiality during the appointment.
An appointment will be 1 hour and cost £55 per session for talking therapies and £95 for Clinical Hypnotherapy. To help with Anxiety, PTSD, Abuse, Depression, Fears/Phobias, and more.
